Finders Keepers France is a Camping and Glamping retreat situated at a non-working French Farm. Listed as an ADULTS ONLY retreat this allows guests the chance to relax, recharge and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Encased within 16 Acres of rural grounds with a 3 Acre lake, you will feel alone and surrounded by nature. Despite its rural peaceful setting the site is close to the beautiful towns of Nerac and Condom (Lot-et-Garonne/Gers). Far enough away for people who enjoy the peace and quiet of Nature yet close enough to great amenities.

The campsite is located within a walnut orchard and consists of only 4 tents. Away from the camping and glamping site there is an ECO holiday cottage and a holiday Gite for rental. All tents come complete with everything you would need for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Everything is here and ready to go from the moment you arrive.

The 4 tents on offer are a Tipi style glamping tent, a glamping bell tent, an inflatable black tent or if you want to bring your own bedding and towels go for the inflatable black tent basic.

We are a husband-and-wife team who are discreet yet responsive when required. We live on site.

Finders Keepers France is a perfect retreat for adults who love gardens, flowers, wildlife, relaxation, reading, nature and getting away from the hustle and bustle of busy life.

'Shady Rest' Coffee Lounge:

Cafe selling coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer and wine (No Food). Also home to board games and a book library.

The Games room:

Contains a pool Table a dart board and a puzzle table.

'Sunset View':

A relaxing outdoor space containing a plunge pool, ping pong table, lounge area and a bar selling cold drinks, Ice creams and Milkshakes .

Lake:

A 3-acre freshwater lake with a Kayak, and 2 rowing boats for use. There are many picnic tables and loungers for use around the pool.

Grounds:

13 acres of wildflower meadows, gardens, and woodland to walk around.

Swimming pool (opening May 2025):

An above ground swimming pool with sun loungers

Camping shop (opening May 2025):

A small shop selling camping requirements and holiday needs

Bicycle store (opening May 2025):

Why not bring your bike. We have a bicycle rack that holds up to 6 bikes. Locks to be provided by guests

Games/Equipment:

Books, badminton, picnic hampers, fishing equipment (Permit to be purchased separately), archery, soft Archery, giant Jenga, table tennis, chess, pool table, darts and puzzles.

'Shady Rest' Coffee Lounge

Why not visit our on site coffee lounge, located within our large hanger barn, or grab a hot beverage and sit outside on our communal 'Sunset' terrace.

Drop in every morning 0900 - 1000 for a free Coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Don't worry, if you are not a hot beverage drinker, just drop in and enjoy the ambiance and meet other guests.

Opening times aside from the morning session, vary day by day. These are displayed on the bar itself.

Sadly Food is not available. However; we do sell:

Hot drinks: Coffee, Tea, hot chocolate.

Cold drinks: Soft drinks, beers, wine

Specials: Iced coffees, Milk-shakes, Ice cream sundaes

Rescue cats and dogs

We would like to introduce you to our rescue animals who also live here at Finders Keepers France.

Nigel is a black chihuahua. He came to live with us in April 2023 aged 5. He loves people, food and his favourite hobby is relaxing on the sofa with his dad if not sitting on the ride on mower whilst the gardens are being tended to.

Lewis is a black shitzu x dachshund. We originally fostered Lewis July 2023 aged 7. He had many issues and required lots of support and training. Finally, when ready for a new home we adopted him. His hobby is watching people and relaxing

Eddie is a chihuahua aged 2 months (July 2023). He is a bundle of fun and plays constantly. His hobbies are steeling things and playing with his brothers.

Sunflower, Dumpy, and Ginger are our barn cats who just came to live with us. They are feral cats and have taken up residence in shady rest. They are very inquisitive of guests however can be very timid.
