Mezzanine bedroom: steps lead to bedroom, which is open plan, wardrobe, King size bed complete with Egyptian cotton bedding and bathrobes.

Private Gardens front and rear: complete with BBQ, table and chairs, sofa area with lighting.

Swimming pool and a small plunge pool plus you are also able to swim in the lake. There is a great swimming pontoon.
